Pesto Dipping Oil



PESTO DIPPING OIL
Bonefish Grill Copycat Recipe

Makes A little more than 1 cup

1 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 Kalamata olives
1/4 cup olive oil
additional olive oil and bread for serving

Using a food processor, combine the basil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt and olives. Process until ingredients form a paste. Slowly add olive oil.


To serve, place a dime sized portion of pesto paste on plate. Top generously with olive oil to create dipping consistency. Serve with your favorite bread.

  1. No pine nuts used in the pesto. They use organic pumpkin seeds
    because of nut allergies.

    1. They might now, but they didn't before. Garlic, Oregano, Basil, Kalamata olives, Pine Nuts, Parmesan, Red pepper flakes, Sea salt.

      GOB-KOPP-(e)RSS, or gobkoppers in my head. I used to work there, it's the only way I'd remember all the ingredients

    3. The bread is called "Ciabatta". I would like to know where Bonefish Grill sources it's olive oil - or the brand name? The olive oil is what makes the pesto mixture so darned good. IMHO.
