Bonefish Grill Dark and Stormy Cocktail
2 oz Myer's Dark Rum
Quick dash of Bitters
4 Mint Leaves (torn)
4 oz Gosling's Stormy Ginger Beer
Add Myer's Dark Rum, Fresh Sour mix, and Angostura Bitters. Tear mint leaves into small pieces and drop in glass. Add ice to glass until 3/4 full of ice. Shake 20x vigorously. Loosely strain mixture into highball beverage glass that is filled to the top with ice. Top with Gosling's Ginger Beer. Garnish with 1 large mint leaf in side of glass. Don't forget your straw.
