Bang Bang Shrimp






INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 3-5 drops of hot chili sauce
  • cornstarch to coat the shrimp

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix mayo and sauces for coating the shrimp.
  2. Bread shrimp in the cornstarch
  3. Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown
  4. Drain on a paper towel.
  5. Put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
  7. Top with chopped scallions.
