- 1 lb shelled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3-5 drops of hot chili sauce
- cornstarch to coat the shrimp
- Mix mayo and sauces for coating the shrimp.
- Bread shrimp in the cornstarch
- Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown
- Drain on a paper towel.
- Put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
- Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
- Top with chopped scallions.
